Delivery Methods
• Post: Available to all EU countries.
• Pickup Point:
via InPost or Mondial Relay: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain;
via DPD: Germany, Ireland, Lithuania.
• InPost Courier: Exclusively available in Poland.
Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of two parts:
1. Order preparation: We need 1–2 working days to prepare your order for dispatch.
2. Delivery time: Depending on the chosen method and destination, delivery time varies as shown in the table below:

Example of Total Delivery Time
• Pickup Point in Poland: 1–2 days (preparation) + 1–2 days (delivery) = 2–4 working days.
• Post to France: 1–2 days (preparation) + 5–10 days (delivery) = 6–12 working days.
Additional Information
In extreme cases, the post office may take up to 3–4 weeks to deliver your parcel.

All shipments are sent from Poland.
A courier service and delivery to parcel machines (in selected countries) will be introduced in the near future.
We currently make payment available to you via:
Stripe - a payment operator offering payment via credit card, debit card, as well as national electronic payment solutions.
PayPal - allows you to pay via your PayPal account or the payment cards assigned to this account.
