Delivery Methods
• Post: Available to all EU countries and the United States.
Update: August 23, 2025
Shipping to the United States temporarily suspended
Dear Customers, due to new customs regulations and the elimination of the "de minimis" rule, as well as the temporary suspension of postal shipments handled by Poczta Polska, we are forced to temporarily suspend the shipping of our jewelry to the United States.
We hope to reinstate this option as soon as possible, once we find a cost-effective solution that we can offer you.
• Pickup Point:
via InPost or Mondial Relay: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain;
via DPD: Germany, Ireland, Lithuania.
• InPost Courier: Exclusively available in Poland.
Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of two parts:
1. Order preparation: We need 1–2 working days to prepare your order for dispatch.
2. Delivery time: Depending on the chosen method and destination, delivery time varies as shown in the table below:

Example of Total Delivery Time
• Pickup Point in Poland: 1–2 days (preparation) + 1–2 days (delivery) = 2–4 working days.
• Post to France: 1–2 days (preparation) + 5–10 days (delivery) = 6–12 working days.
• Post to the USA: 1–2 days (preparation) + 7–18 days (delivery) = 8–20 working days.
Additional Information
In extreme cases, the post office may take up to 3–4 weeks to deliver your parcel.

Payments
We currently make payment available to you via:
Shopify Payments – a payment operator offering payment via credit card, debit card, and local payment methods.
PayPal – allows you to pay using your PayPal account or linked payment cards.
