Delivery Methods
• Post / USPS: Available to all EU countries and the United States.

Shipping to the United States has resumed 🇺🇸
We are pleased to announce that shipping to the United States is now available again! Orders will be handled by our logistics partner and delivered within the US by USPS.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days. All shipments are sent in the DDP system (Delivered Duties Paid), which means customs duties are collected and paid by the carrier.
Customs costs will be clearly displayed during checkout, and no additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
• Pickup Point:
via InPost or Mondial Relay: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain;
via DPD: Germany, Ireland, Lithuania.
• InPost Courier: Exclusively available in Poland.
Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of two parts:
1. Order preparation: We need 1–2 working days to prepare your order for dispatch.
2. Delivery time: Depending on the chosen method and destination, delivery time varies as shown in the table below:

Example of Total Delivery Time
• Pickup Point in Poland: 1–2 days (preparation) + 1–2 days (delivery) = 2–4 working days.
• Post to France: 1–2 days (preparation) + 5–10 days (delivery) = 6–12 working days.
• Post to the USA: 1–2 days (preparation) + 7–12 days (delivery) = 8–14 working days.
Additional Information
In extreme cases, the post office may take up to 3–4 weeks to deliver your parcel.
