For my country I only see postal delivery. I need it faster. Can you send by courier? ➤
We are constantly working to expand available delivery options, but we must consider shipping costs to avoid offering you excessively expensive services. If you need faster delivery, please email us at eshop@falconegallery.eu with your delivery address. We will check the options and pricing and propose the best solution.
Can I pay on delivery (Cash on Delivery)? ➤
For international shipments (we ship our jewellery from Poland), Cash on Delivery is very expensive, so we do not offer it. But don't worry – our accepted payment methods (such as credit cards or PayPal) include buyer protection, so your money is safe.
Are the prices shown in your shop final? ➤
For customers in the European Union, all prices displayed in the shop are final and tax-inclusive – you won’t pay anything extra upon delivery.
For customers in the United States, the prices shown in the shop do not include customs duties. However, all applicable customs fees are clearly displayed in the checkout summary, and are collected and paid in advance by our logistics partner as part of the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) system.
This means you will not be asked to pay anything extra when your order is delivered.
These customs charges became necessary after the United States government suspended the "de minimis" exemption for orders under $800, requiring all imports to be fully cleared through customs.

My country is not on the shipping list. Can you add it? ➤
We currently ship within the European Union and to the United States. However, we do not exclude the possibility of shipping to other countries. Please email us at eshop@falconegallery.eu with the country you'd like us to ship to. We will check any formal restrictions and delivery costs and let you know what we can offer.
I see you’ve resumed shipping to the USA. How does it work now? ➤
Yes, we’re happy to confirm that we’ve reinstated shipping to the United States!
All orders are shipped with the help of our logistics partner and delivered within the USA by USPS. Delivery is handled in the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) system – this means that all customs duties are calculated and paid by the carrier in advance, so there are no additional charges at delivery.
Customs fees will be clearly shown at checkout, and the total price you see before placing the order is the final amount you’ll pay.
Estimated delivery time is between 7 and 12 business days, depending on your location.

We will be happy to review your idea and let you know if we can do it :) Please email us at eshop@falconegallery.eu describing your idea in detail. We'll get back to you with what we can offer.
I like the earrings but don't like that earwire type. Can I change it? ➤
Please email us at eshop@falconegallery.eu specifying which product you mean and the earwire type you prefer. We will try to offer something that meets your expectations.
Do you have physical shops? Where? ➤
We don't (yet :) ) have a physical shop. We are a small business and for now we only sell online.
Do you offer gift wrapping? ➤
All orders are packed in elegant boxes with our logo, making them suitable as gift packaging. You can find more information here: How We Ship Our Jewellery
Do you offer any guarantee for your products? ➤
All our products are covered by statutory warranty (legal guarantee). You can find more details in our Terms of Service (section 6) here: Terms of Service. If you discover any defect in our product, please describe it in detail in an email to eshop@falconegallery.eu. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
I'm allergic. Will your products cause a reaction? ➤
Our product descriptions always include information about the materials used. If you are allergic to materials we use (for example silver, which we often use for earring earwires), unfortunately the product may cause an allergic reaction.
