1.2. The delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Contract provides otherwise. The Product delivery costs (including charges for transport, delivery and postal services) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Shop website in the delivery costs tab and during the Order placement, including when the Customer expreses a will to be bound by the Sales Contract.
1.3. The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the Product:

1.4. The deadline for delivery of the Product to the Customer is up to 15 Business Days for countries within the European Union and up to 25 Business Days for deliveries to the United States, unless a shorter deadline is specified in the description of the Product or during the Order placement. In the case of Products with different delivery deadlines, the applicable delivery deadline is the longest of the specified deadlines, which, however, cannot exceed the maximum applicable delivery time (15 Business Days for EU countries, 25 Business Days for the USA). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services. The beginning of the delivery deadline of the Product to the Customer counts as follows:
1.4.1. After the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic or pay card payment - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or current account.
1.4.2. In the case where the Customer chooses the deferred payment method – from the date the Seller is notified by the lender of the conclusion of a credit agreement with the Customer, but no later than the date on which the Seller’s bank account is credited with the funds from the loan granted to the Customer.
1.5 Customs Duties and Import Taxes
1.5.1. For orders delivered outside the customs territory of the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
1.5.2. These charges are not included in the Product price displayed in the Online Shop, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Where possible, such charges are calculated and collected in advance, and clearly presented during the ordering process (e.g., for shipments to the United States, customs duties are included at checkout and paid on behalf of the Customer by the logistics provider under the DDP – Delivered Duties Paid – system).
1.5.3. The Seller makes every effort to ensure transparent and duty-inclusive pricing where required. However, the Customer remains responsible for reviewing applicable customs and tax regulations in their country prior to placing an order.
1.5.4. While the Seller makes every effort to ensure timely delivery and transparent cost presentation, it cannot be held liable for customs-related delays or charges not displayed at checkout, unless these result from incorrect information or actions on the part of the Seller.
