Copper and silver earrings with enamel 'Fish from Lake Tanganyika'

Unique handmade earrings made of copper and silver in a single unit. Copper dyed a dark dark chocolate color with lighter rubs. Decorated with streaks and flecks of colored enamel, which form an irregular pattern of stripes. Cooler tones of turquoise green, intertwine with warmer tones of interwoven ochre for a grassy green effect. Milky and honey hues add a non-uniform dimension to the color scheme. The colors gain intensity on a sunny day, and lose it in faint sunlight. A layer of resinous varnish, gives an uneven flash effect in places. Impressive and unusual. Stud earwires made of 925 silver. The width of the fish is about 2 cm (about 0.79 inches). Their length is about 4.5 cm (about 1.77 inches). The length of the whole earrings is about 5.5 cm (about 2.16 inches).*
