Sterling Silver and Carnelian Pendant 'Carnelian Drop'

A pendant made of sterling silver and stone. The natural stone is a drop-shaped carnelian with a beautiful, slightly translucent, uneven hue. Darker streaks in burgundy tones run through the middle of the stone, blending into lighter shades reminiscent of honey or amber. The stone is set in darkened, oxidized silver with a distressed effect.

The bail is made of 925 silver. The pendant is approximately 1.6 cm (0.63 in) wide and about 3.5 cm (1.38 in) long.
